• Data Structuring: Improve the structure and organization of all existing data to ensure it is systematic and easily accessible.
• Data Entry: Accurately key in maintenance data into the company's database system in a timely manner.
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational and technical data to monitor performance, maintenance trends, and system reliability.
• Scheduling & Monitoring: Manage schedules and monitor the timelines and current status of all ongoing jobs.
• Report Management: Track the progress of all service reports to ensure they are completed within set deadlines.
• Technical Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation and compilation of Reports and other necessary technical documentation.
• On-Site Assistance: Provide direct site assistance and proactively act as a backup for the field service team whenever necessary to ensure project continuity.
