RIANLON MALAYSIA SDN.BHD is seeking a warehouse coordinator to manage inbound, outbound and return processes for hardware and low-value consumables at the manufacturing site. You will maintain inventory records, perform stock takes, generate reports, and support location planning.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Logistics/Procurement, at least two years of hands-on warehouse experience, and proficiency in MS Office with basic data analysis.

• Minimum 2 years hands-on warehouse operation experience.
• Familiar with warehouse workflow; capable to identify and control site hazard.
• Proficient in MS Office with basic data analysis skill.

Responsabilidades

• Update inventory record for hardware receiving, issuing and return; file documents and distribute to relevant departments; notify stakeholders for inspection upon material arrival.
• Conduct monthly stock-take, complete and archive stock-take sheet; submit requisition list for low-value consumables based on actual stock level.
• Prepare weekly & monthly warehouse reports and submit by email.
• Execute receiving, issuing and return process for hardware store; arrange material racking and location planning.
• Keep store tidy, implement fire-proof, dust-proof and moisture-proof measure, enforce 6S standard.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Responsible for inbound, outbound and return management of hardware & auxiliary materials for manufacturing site, ensure sufficient supply of hardware & low-value consumables. Maintain inventory record, execute store operation, location planning, stock-take and 6S site management.

Key responsibilities

Update inventory record for hardware receiving, issuing and return; file documents and distribute to relevant departments; notify stakeholders for inspection upon material arrival

Conduct monthly stock-take, complete and archive stock-take sheet; submit requisition list for low-value consumables based on actual stock level

Prepare weekly & monthly warehouse reports and submit by email

Execute receiving, issuing and return process for hardware store; arrange material racking and location planning

About you

Diploma and above, major in Logistics / Procurement related field

Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia for working communication
