Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the plant's maintenance strategy and team. You will ensure spare parts availability, define preventive maintenance programs, and drive reliability improvements across equipment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering, 6–8 years in manufacturing (preferably FMCG), and at least 4 years in people leadership. Strong budget, safety and quality focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 6–8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG) including engineering roles.
• Min of 4 years in people leadership with strong focus on development of teams.
• Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, safety and quality.
• Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes.
• Proven knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM (prerequisite), Lean and 6 Sigma.
