Job summary

F&B Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Mechanical Technician to support maintenance for our dairy processing lines.

You will assist engineers and supervisors with routine maintenance, install and test mechanical systems, and help develop preventive maintenance plans to prevent equipment breakdowns. The role requires hands-on experience with hand and power tools, 2–3 years in mechanical work, and knowledge of cleanroom and GMP practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certification in Mechanical from a recognized university, or institutions.
• At least 2 - 3 years in mechanical experiences as technician.
• Experience operating hand and power tools and knowledge of mechanical installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of FSSC, HACCP & GMP is added advantage.

Job description

Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.

Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
