F&B Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. is a dairy product manufacturer located in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.

The role focuses on condition monitoring of critical plant equipment including vibration, thermography, and ultrasonic inspection as part of our reliability programme. Minimum 2–5 years of maintenance/reliability experience is required, with knowledge of rotating equipment and CMMS/EAM systems. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant maintenance or reliability experience in a manufacturing/process plant.

Responsibilities

• Perform vibration monitoring on rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes and fans.
• Establish and maintain vibration measurement routes; collect data at defined points; monitor trends; identify abnormal conditions.
• Conduct Thermography & Electrical Condition Monitoring.
• Carry out Ultrasonic Inspection and Equipment Inspection.
• Oversee Lubrication & Oil Monitoring; support Predictive Maintenance Programme.
• Collect Reliability Data; support Maintenance Work Orders and Preventive Maintenance.

Education

Diploma / SKM in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or equivalent

Job description

Perform routine condition-monitoring activities on critical plant equipment such Vibration Measurement and Analysis, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasonic Inspection, Motor condition checks, etc.

Carry out vibration monitoring on rotating equipment such as Pumps, Motors, Gearboxes, Fans etc. and to carry out :

• Establish and maintain vibration measurement routes.
• Collect vibration data at defined measurement points.
• Monitor vibration trends.
• Identify abnormal vibration conditions.

Are you the one?

Minimum Certificate / SKM / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or equivalent technical qualifications.

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant maintenance or reliability experience in a manufacturing/process plant.

Strong working knowledge of in Mechanical such as Rotating equipment,Predictive maintenance, Vibration monitoring, Thermography, Lubrication, Pump and motor maintenance, Compressor maintenance, Utility equipment, CMMS/EAM systems.

Any certification related to RCM or Maintenance Reliablity will be added advantage.

We are an established dairy product manufacturer located at Telok Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat, Selangor. We established in 1991 as a packaging agent for foodstuff, F&B Nutrition Sdn. Bhd. fully transformed itself in 2004 and is now one of the largest OEM manufacturer of sweetened creamer and evaporated creamer in Malaysia. We have seen tremendous growth in the demand for vegetable oil-based creamers, both locally and in the overseas market. In view of this, we are currently expanding our factory by having additional production lines which are able to manufacture all 4 can sizes – 170gram, 390gram, 505 gram and 1kg packaging simultaneously. Our expansion has also seen the introduction of our newly launched Evaporated Creamer line which is already operating at full capacity.
