Job summary

The Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei maintenance team in Malaysia's Negeri Sembilan region is seeking a Maintenance Manager. You will lead all maintenance and asset reliability activities to maximise equipment availability and production continuity.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective programs, manage budgets and capital projects, and develop the capabilities of the maintenance workforce while ensuring safety, quality, and GMP

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of maintenance experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
At least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Hands-on experience with production equipment, utilities, and packaging lines.
Experience leading plant shutdowns and capital projects.
Strong track record in reducing downtime and improving reliability.
Experience with SAP PM or CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
Develop and mentor maintenance technicians, contractors, and support staff.
Drive breakdown analysis and RCA to improve maintenance actions.
Plan major shutdowns, overhauls, and capital projects.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and contracts.
Monitor KPIs, downtime trends, and maintenance effectiveness.
Provide technical leadership for complex equipment failures with minimal production impact.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with GMP, safety, and SOP standards.
