Job summary

EcoOils in Negeri Sembilan seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and develop the maintenance team across pumps, chillers, boilers, and electrical/instrumentation systems.

You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, manage budgets and CAPEX, and coordinate plant shutdowns and live maintenance activities to ensure safety, reliability, and availability of all equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience in chemical process manufacturing or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge with leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team including engineers, supervisors, technicians and contractors.
• Set performance objectives and ensure maintenance activities are safe and effective.
• Build technical capabilities within the maintenance organization via coaching and training.
