Job summary

Top Glove in Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to schedule activities, coordinate with engineering and production, and ensure reliable equipment performance.

You will develop SOPs, work with suppliers, plan budgets, and monitor compliance with safety and engineering standards. This is a challenging role for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities for maintenance staff and workers.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with Maintenance Engineer, Production, Compounding, and Chlorination departments.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and preventive maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot machine and equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and prepare technical reports.
• Liaise with suppliers on machine design, installation, maintenance services, and technical support.
• Design, install, and improve equipment used to control and monitor factory processes, systems, and machinery.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects, including budget preparation and cost control.
• Ensure equipment installation and operations comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
• Operate, inspect and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Maintain engineering documentation by tracking design modifications and updating technical records.

Your Mission:
