Your Mission:
Plan and schedule maintenance activities for maintenance staff and workers.
Coordinate maintenance projects closely with the Maintenance Engineer, Production, Compounding, and Chlorination departments.
Prepare project drawings, specifications, and procure the required materials.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
Troubleshoot machine and equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and prepare technical reports.
Liaise with suppliers on machine design, installation, maintenance services, and technical support.
Design, install, and improve equipment used to control and monitor factory processes, systems, and machinery.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects, including budget preparation and cost control.
Ensure equipment installation and operations comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
Operate, inspect and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Maintain engineering documentation by tracking design modifications and updating technical records.
