A leading provider of airport logistics solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager in Malaysia to lead maintenance for critical Airport Baggage Handling Systems (BHS). The role includes operational leadership, team management, system reliability, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in automated systems maintenance and 5 years in a management role. Strong skills in client management and safety compliance are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance of automated or material handling systems.
• 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience with BHS maintenance and airport operations preferred.
• Proven strong client-facing and partner management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise BHS maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance teams and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Analyze system performance and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
