Job summary

NPAworldwide in Malaysia's Johor region seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead the glove production site's engineering, reliability and utility teams. You will orchestrate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical and automation systems to ensure high equipment availability and safety.

You will develop shutdown plans, manage CAPEX projects, and drive continuous-improvement through RCA, TPM and KPI tracking, coordinating with Production, QA and R&D to minimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and automation systems.
• Experience in glove manufacturing or high-volume production preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning and execution across production lines.
• Develop PM and PdM programs for equipment.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns and CAPEX projects.
• Implement RCA, TPM and reliability improvements.
