Job summary

Safran Landing Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Negeri Sembilan invites a warehouse support specialist to reorganise spare parts in the Maintenance Spare Part storage area, label items, and ensure correct location mapping.

The role involves identifying and labeling racks, re-registering items into the system, participating in 5S, and supporting daily maintenance, safety, and documentation activities, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Familiar with spare parts storage and warehouse practices.
• Experience with labeling and inventory control is a plus.
• Awareness of 5S principles and workplace organization.

Responsibilities

• Re-organise spare parts at Warehouse Maintenance Spare Part storage area.
• Label and obtain details of items stored in the rack.
• Identify and label the racks to improve traceability.
• Re-register items into the System to ensure accurate records.
• Involve in 5S activities and maintenance documentation.
• Assist in PM/servicing tasks when required.
• Compile and maintain reporting/recording for inventory.
• Arrange spare parts and maintain proper documentation.

Adhere and comply with Business Ethics, Anti-Corruption, Flight Safety Management System, and others relevant policies, procedures and activities.

Perform other related duties as required
