Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance/warehouse associate to reorganise spare parts, label items and racks, and re-register stock in the system. You will support daily maintenance activities, participate in 5S, and assist with PM/servicing when required.

You will handle documentation, reporting, and spare parts inventory while adhering to safety, health, and environmental policies and related procedures.

Qualifications

• Re-organise spare parts at Warehouse Maintenance Spare Part storage area.
• Label and get details of the items stored in the rack.
• Identify and label the rack.
• Re-register the items into the System.
• Support maintenance documentation and daily maintenance/facilities activities.
• Involve in 5S.
• Participate in PM/Servicing if required.
• Reporting/Recording compilation.
• Spare Parts arrangement and Recording.
• Documentation.
• Adhere and actively participate in Safety, Health and Environmental policies and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reorganise spare parts at Warehouse Maintenance Spare Part storage area.
• Label items and capture details for rack inventories.
• Identify and label storage racks.
• Re-register items into the system.
• Support maintenance documentation and daily facilities tasks.
• Participate in 5S activities.
• Assist PM/servicing when required.
• Compile and file reports and records.
• Arrange and record spare parts inventory.
• Follow Safety, Health and Environmental policies and related procedures.
