Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking an Equipment Engineer (Manufacturing Machines) to lead maintenance and troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspect quality, and disassemble/install equipment as required.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automation/Quality Management and hands-on experience in machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experienced in machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of machines across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance including daily servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment.
• Handle corrective maintenance by identifying problems, diagnosing causes, and developing troubleshooting processes and solutions.
• Perform regular quality inspections of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet standards.
• Disassemble and install new machines or equipment as required.
• Use critical thinking and innovative methods to address and resolve maintenance issues.
• Conduct hands-on training for technicians.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues affecting machines.
