Qualifications

• Min 3 years’ experience as maintenance engineer in IC Substrates/PCB/Wafer Fab.
• Experience in facility base built systems (DIW/PCW/Power/Exhaust/WWT) is advantageous.
• Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage equipment in the plant.
• Prepare and execute overall maintenance project planning and cost estimation.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Skills

Proficient in CAD software

Ability to adapt to fast pace environment

Good time management

Education

Bachelor Degree in engineering or applicable technical field
