Elsa Energy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment, ensuring reliability and minimal downtime.

The role requires hands-on maintenance planning, root cause analysis, and strong knowledge of HSE standards, with collaboration across operations, engineering, and procurement teams. This is a senior position demanding extensive experience in manufacturing environments and a relevant engineering degree.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or civil engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing, petrochemical, or Oil & Gas environments.
• Hands-on experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning and execution.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and asset performance monitoring.
