Job summary

Mamee is seeking a maintenance engineer to execute and coordinate daily preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across the plant. The role requires monitoring equipment, supporting abnormalities, and leading root cause analysis to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline with 2–5 years of relevant manufacturing maintenance experience. Independence and shift support are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with equipment reliability and failure analysis is preferred.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills are required.
• Able to work independently and support shift operations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate daily preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Monitor equipment condition, address and support abnormalities correction promptly.
• Analyze breakdown trends and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ensure maintenance work orders, PM checklists, records, and spare parts usage are properly updated.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate with Production on maintenance schedules, planned stoppages, and maintenance windows.
• Support TPM, 5S, lubrication, inspection, and equipment restoration activities.
• Lead plant PM activities to ensure effective and timely preventive maintenance execution.
