Job summary

THERMIK TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance department and ensure uninterrupted daily operations in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience. Knowledge of bag filter management is a plus, as are PLC and HVAC system skills. Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities are essential to manage PM schedules, manpower planning, and spare parts

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge in bag filter management or as Bag Filter Competent Person is an added advantage.
• Basic electrical/electronic troubleshooting, PM, machine troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous support to the maintenance department to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist in manpower planning and managing PM schedules.
• Plan spare parts inventory and maintenance activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in bag filter management or certified as a Bag Filter Competent Person is an added advantage.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, capable of manpower planning, preparing and managing PM schedules, and spare parts planning and inventory management.
