RICH MILLION CORPORATION SDN BHD in Malaysia is hiring a Maintenance Assistant responsible for general maintenance of facilities and equipment on the property. Tasks include inspecting fire-fighting pumps, control panels, and intercoms on a set schedule.

You will monitor contractors during repairs, repair and maintain piping, valves, fans, ventilation, ductwork and dampers, and report non-compliance with clear records to superiors.

Responsabilidades

• General maintenance of facilities and equipment on property.
• Carry out periodical inspection as per set schedule of fire-fighting pumps, fire control panels and fire fighters intercom.
• Investigate the cause of faulty air-con and find the solution to solve the problem.
• Monitor contractor when carry out any repairing and keep report.
• Responsible repair and maintain all piping valve, all control fan, ventilation, trunking and dampers.
• Report all cases non-compliance to the superiors with accurate record and descriptions.
• Daily basis checking others sub meter, roof top, main water tank, guest rooms, public areas, grease trap, check cold and hot water pump.
