KEJURUTERAAN PENYEJUKAN LEADING SDN BHD is seeking an Assistant Engineer to review and approve ACMV, Fire, and Elevator maintenance reports and support site operations. You will act as the technical contact for head technicians on faults, monitor preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, attend client meetings, and help ensure safety and compliance on site.

You will also prepare monthly reports and contribute to tenders when required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve Mechanical( ACMV, Fire, Elevator) service and scheduled maintenance (PM) reports
• Act as first technical contact for head technicians on faults and repairs
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports and breakdown records.
• Monitor PM schedule and contract scope compliance
• Attend technical meetings with clients
• Ensure site safety compliance, including weekly work permits application for workers and subcontractors
• Provide technical input for tenders when required
