Job summary

Emage Innovation Sdn Bhd is seeking an application engineer/technical specialist to support machine vision, signal, and control devices in customer projects. You will collaborate with development teams, perform feasibility studies and propose new solutions aligned with customer specifications.

The role includes documenting BOM accuracy, preparing Gantt charts, and guiding product manuals. You may be involved in installations, training, and occasional travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Computer Engineering with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in programming is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for machine vision, signal, and control devices.
• Perform feasibility studies with development team and recommend products/solutions for new applications.
• Check documents and ensure accuracy of Bills of Materials.
• Prepare Gantt chart to monitor system loading progress and schedule delivery/installation.
• Review and guide the development of product manuals and application notes for new products/applications.
• Understand and troubleshoot to resolve application issues encountered in projects and by customers.
• Perform system installation, buyoff, commissioning and training to customers.
• Travel locally and overseas with short notice period.
