Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Machine Operator (Sublimation - Heat Press) to operate sublimation printing and heat‑press equipment following SOPs, with setup and adjustments as required. You will monitor production processes, check fabric colour accuracy and alignment, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance while communicating issues to the supervisor to ensure smooth operations and quality outputs.

Fresh graduates are welcome; on‑the‑job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/TVET in technical field as specified.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
• Experience in machine operation/manufacturing/printing/textile is an advantage.
• Good technical understanding and basic troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate sublimation printing and heat press machines according to SOP.
• Set up machines and perform adjustments.
• Monitor production to ensure smooth operation.
• Check fabric colour accuracy, alignment and quality.
• Clean, maintain and troubleshoot machines as needed.
• Handle materials and finished products with care.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.
• Aim for daily production targets and consistent quality.
• Report machine issues to supervisor.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Machine Operator (Sublimation - Heat Press)

• Operate sublimation printing and heat press machines according to company SOP.
• Perform machine setup and basic machine adjustments.
• Monitor the production process and ensure machines operate smoothly.
• Check fabric printing for colour accuracy, alignment and overall quality.
• Conduct basic machine cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Handle production materials and finished products carefully.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the production area.
• Achieve daily production targets and maintain consistent product quality.
• Report machine issues, defects or production problems to the supervisor.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / TVET qualification in; Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing, Printing Technology, Printing Technology, Textile / Textile Technology, Electrical / Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Other related technical fields
• Candidates from Polytechnic, IKM, KKTM, GIATMARA, DRB-HICOM, KPM or other recognised TVET institutions are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Practical or hands-on experience in machine operation, manufacturing, printing or textile production will be an added advantage.
• Good technical understanding and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a production / factory environment.
