Job summary

upscale is seeking an experienced CNC Turret Punch Machine operator to join our metal fabrication team in Malaysia. You will set up and operate the turret punch, ensure parts meet tolerances, and collaborate with production and warehouse to maintain material flow.

Applicants should have at least 3 years' direct experience, be able to read mechanical drawings, and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and quality. This role requires physical fitness and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years direct working experience operating CNC Turret Punch Machine and in Metal Fabrication Industry.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of engineering specified tolerances.
• Able to read and understand Mechanical Engineering Drawings (blueprints)
• Strong understanding of machine set-up, able to effectively change machinery for multiple set-ups with the various products lines and material requirements
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures
• Physically fit to perform all required duties
• Independent self-starter
• Team player, able to work with all levels
