Job summary

Long Yuan New Energy (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Butterworth, Penang is seeking a production operator to operate power press machinery and support daily manufacturing tasks.

Training is provided for newcomers, with shifts and overtime as required. You will follow work instructions, maintain safety standards, and contribute to quality checks to ensure consistent product quality. Minimum SPM or equivalent is required, with experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Experience operating power press machines is preferred.
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, committed, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate power press machinery according to production requirements.
• Complete assigned production tasks within the required timeline.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product quality.
• Perform daily machine inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Report machine or production issues to the supervisor.
