Job summary

ITP Foods Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Production Operator to operate and monitor food processing machinery in line with SOPs. You will adjust machine performance, manage cleaning and routine maintenance, and ensure accurate daily production records while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires adaptability to hot environments, a readiness to work overtime when needed, and strict adherence to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food processing machinery to ensure smooth production according to SOPs.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Carry out machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Record and update daily production data accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area at all times.
• Follow company procedures and food safety regulations.
• Report machine issues to the supervisor.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of operating and troubleshooting production machines.
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Experience in food manufacturing is an added advantage
• Able to work overtime on weekdays / weekends (if required)
