Job summary

ITP FOODS SDN BHD in Penang, Simpang Ampat is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor food processing machinery according to SOPs, ensuring consistent quality and hygiene across shifts.

You will record daily production data, perform basic maintenance, and report issues to the supervisor. Immediate starters are preferred, and overtime may be required to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and troubleshooting production machines.
• Able to work in hot environments.
• Willing to work overtime on weekdays/weekends (if required).
• Immediate starter preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food processing machinery to ensure smooth production according to SOPs.
• Monitor machine performance and make the adjustments.
• Carry out the machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Report machine issues to the supervisor.
• Prepare raw materials according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain consistent product quality and hygiene standards.
• Record and update daily production data accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work area at all times.
• Follow all company procedures and food safety regulations.
• To undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by the Supervisor / Manager from time to time.
