Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise-scale digital transformation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication and collaboration with IT, business units, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define use cases and productivity gaps.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design M365-based solutions aligned with business goals.
- Leverage Power Platform and automation tools to optimize workflows.
- Act as liaison between business users, IT, and development teams.
- Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution readiness.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Develop training materials to drive effective adoption of M365 tools.
