Job summary

WK Consortium SB is seeking a capable M&E Site Supervisor to manage Mechanical & Electrical works on site in Kota Marudu. The role focuses on hands-on supervision and strong coordination with project teams and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2–5 years of M&E supervision experience, and familiarity with Sabah local authority requirements. Site-based role in Kota Marudu with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience supervising M&E works in construction projects.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or hotel projects is an advantage.
• Familiar with Sabah local authority requirements (SESB, BOMBA, JKR).
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
• Site-based in Kota Marudu.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all M&E works at site level.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, and local authority requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, and M&E subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and site safety.
• Carry out inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Identify and resolve site issues, clashes, and technical discrepancies.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and as-built records.
• Ensure M&E works are completed within the project schedule.
