AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for mechanical and electrical services at projects in Malaysia.

You will lead site teams, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, monitor progress, and report to the Project Manager. The role requires 2–4+ years in M&E, relevant qualifications, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as an M&E site supervisor or site engineer in building construction.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work with M&E drawings and layout plans.
• Practical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection installations.
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA certification or local equivalent) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage daily M&E site activities and assign tasks to sub-contractors and site workers.
• Ensure on-site work adheres to approved shop drawings, site plans, and technical specifications.
• Conduct inspections and witness testing/commissioning to meet client and consultant requirements.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct daily toolbox meetings to mitigate hazards.
• Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and manpower tallies for the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including inspection checklists and delivery logs.

Educación
