Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience as M&E Site Supervisor in construction.
• Knowledge in plumbing is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a construction environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer applications i.e. MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all M&E activities at the construction site.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local regulations.
• Monitor and manage sub-contractors, ensuring their compliance with project timelines and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure the proper installation, functioning, and maintenance of M&E systems.
• Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/ consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project.
• Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at the construction site.
• Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times.
• Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements.
• Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project
