Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a capable M&E Coordinator to oversee daily M&E operations at the construction site. The role emphasizes coordination and supervision of subcontractors to meet the project schedule.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 1 year of M&E experience; high-rise project exposure is a plus, and familiarity with drawings and specifications is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year working experience in Construction Industry with M&E construction experience.
• Experience in high rise project is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily M&E operation at construction site
• Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure all M&E works are met with proposed schedule
• Ensure all M&E works are complied to regulatory requirements
• Ensure all works in accordance to the drawings, specifications and construction plan

Education

Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

1 year experience in Construction Industry with M&E construction experience

Experience in high rise project is an advantage
