Job summary

KWAN ON Construction (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a project management member to participate in organizing, implementing and managing project bidding, winning, and execution at the site.

The role includes planning construction objectives, schedules, quality and cost control, and document management. You will be responsible for daily site management, communicating requirements to the subcontracting team, and supervising progress and quality performance.

Qualifications

• Familiar with local law, regulation and construction code and able to read drawings and convey information to site team.
• Quality control knowledge and ability.
• 0+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Project experience in Industrial Projects (Factories).
• Mandarin and other languages preferred; liaising with vendors from Hong Kong/China.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities at the project site and liaise with subcontractors and the project department.
• Coordinate with consultants and ensure compliance with requirements and progress.
• Support project team members on quantity accounting, progress payments and related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Based at project site, participate in the organization, implementation and management of project bidding, winning, execution as a project management member, including

Participate in the planning and formulation of project management objectives such as construction obiec-tives, construction schedule planning, quality control and etc.

Participate in the establishment and implementation of quality control, construction schedule control, cost control, document management, civilized construction, safe construction and other management systems.

Responsible for daily construction management, communicating and explaining the requirements of the project department to the subcontracting team, and following up the supervision and management of the progress and effect of implementation, and Quality performance.

Responsible for matching and coordinating information and requests from consultants.

Assist project team members, including PM, Site Manager, QS, etc., to provide support and cooperation for project quantity accounting, progress payment and other work

Other works which may be arranged by the company

Requirements:

Be familiar with local law, regulation and construction code, able to read drawings, and to understand it thoroughly and deliver the information and request to the site team;

with relative Quality control knowledge, experience and ability;

0+ years working experience in mentioned field;

with project experience in Industrial Projects (Factories);

Mandarin & Foreign language skills preferred; Required mandarin speaker to liaise with vendor from Hong Kong and China.
