Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering, building services, or construction (warehouse or factory or data centre).
• Experience in M&E building services design, project coordination, and site supervision.
• Good understanding of building regulations, codes, and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist during tendering and pre-construction stages (technical reviews, cost evaluations)
• Support project planning, construction sequencing, and M&E installation coordination
• Attend meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Participate in site inspections, testing & commissioning, and internal quality audits
• Review and verify engineering drawings, technical submissions, and shop drawings
• Monitor project progress and highlight technical issues, risks, and delays
• Maintain proper documentation control and records
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues
