Job summary

Win Modern Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable M&E professional to assist and report to site management on electrical and mechanical works, ensuring progress aligns with drawings and specifications.

You will lead M&E sub-contractor meetings, coordinate with consultants, manage sample submissions, shop drawings, and perform functional tests and commissioning, while driving quality and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Professional Certificate / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position or related field (Construction).
• Preferably Senior Executive / Senior Coordinator.
• Strong computer literacy with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to site management on M&E matters and progress.
• Lead M&E subcontractor meetings and prepare minutes.
• Coordinate with M&E consultants/sub-contractors on drawings, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Collaborate with consultants and authorities on M&E works.
• Plan schedules, manpower, materials, and site logistics for M&E.
• Supervise M&E works in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Organize functional tests and commissioning of M&E equipment.
• Conduct site inspections with client’s Clerk of Works.
• Assist management with ISO QMS implementations.
