Job summary

Win Modern Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable M&E Coordinator to support site management on electrical and mechanical matters and monitor progress of M&E works. You will lead subcontractors meetings, liaise with consultants and authorities, and manage drawings, submissions, and site evaluations.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of construction M&E experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Professional Certificate / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in M&E in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to site management on M&E matters and progress of works.
• Lead M&E subcontractors meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
• Coordinate with M&E consultants/subcontractors on drawings, submissions, RFIs and site evaluations.
• Collaborate with consultant and authorities on M&E works.
• Plan works schedule, manpower, supplies and materials as needed.
• Supervise M&E works per drawings, specs and requirements.
• Organize functional tests and commissioning of M&E materials/equipment.
• Conduct site inspections of M&E works with client’s Clerk of Works.
• Assist management with ISO QMS implementations.
