Job summary

Jayaplus Development Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator/Engineer to review and coordinate M&E design drawings, ensuring they comply with project specs, standards and approved designs.

You will identify and resolve discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client requirements, plan and supervise mechanical and electrical works on site, and coordinate with contractors, consultants and authorities to meet schedules and quality.

Qualifications

Review and coordinate M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and approved designs.
Identify and resolve discrepancies and coordination issues between M&E, structural, architectural and client requirements.
Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor mechanical and electrical works, including inspection, testing and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and review M&E coordination/shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules.
Coordinate M&E installation works on site to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.
Monitor workmanship and ensure M&E works are executed according to plans and project requirements.
Coordinate with M&E contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients and authorities on technical matters and progress.
