Job summary

MID VALLEY CITY GARDENS SDN BHD is seeking a Building Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance across The Gardens complex. You will ensure all building services run smoothly, coordinate upgrade works, and supervise contractors while maintaining daily activity schedules.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical & Electrical with at least 1 year of relevant experience; familiarity with large shopping centers is a plus. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical & Electrical with at least 1 year working experience in similar field or in construction field.
• Experience in large shopping centers or business complexes have an added advantage.
• Easily adapting to change of demand and requests.
• Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall co-ordination on Building Maintenance and upkeep all building services works.
• Schedule daily work programmes and supervise daily tasks.
• Coordinate with inter-department on mall upgrading works and tenant fit-out works.
• Organize, manage and supervise daily task to be performed by supervisors and technicians.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and execute tasks assigned by superior.

Job description

Provides overall co-ordination on Building Maintenance.

Maintaining and upkeep all building services works.

Schedule daily work programmes.

Coordinates with inter-department on Mall's upgrading works and tenant's fit-out works.

Regular maintenance on Mall's common area to ensure the systems are in good condition and minimize the time taken for breakdown replacement.

Records and monitors Maintenance and replacement works done for tenants.

Coordinates and supervises works carry out by contractors.

Organize, manage and supervise daily task to be perform by supervisors and technicians.

Prepare daily and monthly reports.

Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements
