You will work with suppliers and subcontractors to prepare estimates, track costs, and assist in final accounts. CIDB-grade contractors and quality standards underscore the opportunity.

We specialise in the design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of mission-critical facilities and infrastructure. Our expertise covers the delivery of high-reliability projects where power, cooling, control, and operational continuity are critical.

Our services include Design & Build and M&E engineering for critical facilities such as Data Centres, Data Processing Centres, Disaster Recovery Centres, Command Centres, Network Operations Centres, Call Centres, Critical Healthcare Facilities.

We also provide specialised engineering consultancy services, including M&E design and technical audits, power system studies, power quality analysis, power failure and incident investigations, energy optimisation, electrical system upgrades, capacity enhancement, critical equipment relocation, and infrastructure improvement works.

With our multidisciplinary engineering capabilities and experience in critical infrastructure, we support clients throughout the design, construction, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance lifecycle of their mission‑critical facilities.

Job Responsibilities

Diploma or Certificate with the following experience:

• Study drawings, specification and tender documents.
• Perform quantity take‑offs.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
• Preparation of project budget & costing.
• Source and analyze quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Technical and Commercial evaluation of bids.
• Track project costs against set budget.
• Value progress claims and interim payments.
• Help prepare final project accounts.
