Qualifications

• 4–5 years experience in managing M&E installations from design through to commissioning.

Job description

We are looking for M&E talents ranging from Entry Level to Managerial positions to join our fast-track projects based in Klang Valley & Johor.

Key Responsibilities :-

A) Project Coordination:

Assist to execute the mechanical and electrical design, procurement, installation, and commissioning for construction projects.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate M&E systems into the overall building design.

Liaise with consultants and subcontractors to refine designs and resolve technical issues.

Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and materials.

Supervise and monitor the installation of M&E systems (HVAC, fire protection, electrical, lighting, etc.) on-site to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.

Ensure that installation work is carried out safely, within the specified time frame, and to the required quality standards..

Perform inspections and resolve any issues or deviations from the design specifications.

Assist with the commissioning and testing of M&E systems process to ensure they operate efficiently and meet the required performance standards.

Provide necessary documentation and training to the client and operation teams during the project handover phase.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Candidate with 4-5 years experience in managing M&E installations from design through to commissioning will be added advantage.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
