Job summary

Pamir Development Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Site Agent to support M&E coordination on our Johor Bahru construction projects. You will liaise with Clients, M&E Consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep activities aligned with contract requirements and schedule.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering, good English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Survey, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (optional) as role requires to deal with multi-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with Client, M&E Consultant, Authority, Subcontractor and Supplier.
• Assist in planning resources and allocate plant and machinery to ensure construction work is completed on time and within budget.
• Handle all technical issues related to M&E works and resolve promptly and effectively in accordance with specifications, standards of quality and contractual obligations to meet client expectations.
• Review all M&E construction drawings and specifications to prevent any technical issue arising.
• Ensure all M&E materials installed at site are as per contract and specifications.
• Prepare site progress reports, work schedules and method statements related to M&E work.
• Supervise and monitor daily M&E works at site.
• Organize site inspections, testing and commissioning.

Job Requirements
