Job summary

Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking experienced Site Supervisors (Mechanical / CSA) to join our project team in Penang. You will supervise and coordinate daily site activities within your discipline, ensuring works are carried out safely, according to project requirements, quality standards and schedule.

Qualifications

Experience supervising daily site activities in Mechanical or CSA disciplines.
Strong ability to coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors and trades.
Good understanding of construction drawings and site works.
Proactive problem-solving with attention to detail.
Independent, hands-on and effective on-site communicator.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities for Mechanical or CSA disciplines.
Monitor progress, workmanship, quality and safety on site.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, subcontractors, workers and other trades.
Ensure works follow approved drawings, specs and project requirements.
Inspect completed works and follow up on defects and rectification.
Identify site issues and potential delays, and report promptly.
