Job summary

Grafik Nuri Sdn Bhd is seeking an M&E Coordinator to join our site team in Pulau Indah Klang. You will check M&E drawings against architectural and structural drawings and coordinate all M&E subcontractors on-site.

You will ensure installations follow tender specifications, liaise with clients, consultants and authorities, and prepare detailed technical reports and as-built drawings. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, 3–5 years' M&E coordination experience, and AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically as an M&E Coordinator
• Experience in government (JKR or equivalent) projects is required
• Able to read and review technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction coordination, and site practices
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Check all M&E drawings for discrepancies with Architectural & Structural drawings and control of M&E drawings on-site
• Coordinate, supervise & monitor all M&E subcontractors on-site work & manpower
• Conduct M&E coordination meetings with all M&E subcontractors

• Assist in preparing O&M manuals and as-built drawings at project completion

Job description

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically as an M&E Coordinator.

Experience in government (JKR or equivalent) projects is required.

Familiar with authority requirements, submissions, and compliance procedures.

Strong knowledge of M&E systems, construction coordination, and site practices.

Able to read and review technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).

Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Willing to work at project site at Pulau Indah Klang.
