Elitez Pte Ltd seeks a Strategic Investment Analyst to conduct feasibility studies, perform target valuations (DCF, scenario analysis), and build robust financial models aligned with group strategy.

You will manage end-to-end deal processes, lead due diligence, coordinate with stakeholders, present proposals to the Board, and ensure post-transaction oversight and alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, scenario analysis).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct feasibility studies and target valuations aligned with group strategy.
• Lead end-to-end deal management: structuring, due diligence, and core documentation.
• Negotiate with counterparties and advisors; present investment proposals to Board.
• Oversee post-transaction integration and alignment with corporate objectives.

Description du poste

Strategic Investment & Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, perform target valuations, and build robust financial models (DCF, scenario analysis) aligned with Group strategy.

End-to-End Deal Management: Lead transaction structuring, manage due diligence (financial, legal, tax, operational), and draft core documentation, including term sheets, LOIs, and shareholder agreements.

Stakeholder Negotiation & Governance: Drive negotiations with counterparties and external advisors, present investment proposals to the Board and senior management, and support broader capital allocation goals.

Post-Transaction Oversight: Track integration progress, monitor post-investment performance, and ensure ongoing alignment with corporate objectives.
