Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.

We are looking for a driven and analytical professional to join our corporate finance and investments team. The role offers exposure to end-to-end deal execution, from origination and valuation to negotiation and closing, across M&A, Pre-IPO, and investment transactions. This is a high-impact role for someone looking to build deep expertise in private capital markets, deal structuring, and financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Finance & Deal Support

• Support transaction execution across IPO, equity investments, M&A, and debt financing deals.
• Perform detailed financial modeling, business valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Assist in due diligence processes and coordination with legal, tax, and technical advisors.
• Prepare investment decks, pitchbooks, and transaction documents.
• Support pre-IPO advisory and investment portfolio monitoring.
• Track market trends, peer benchmarks, and industry developments to support decision-making.

2. Investor Relations & Reporting

• Assist in preparing investor reports, investment updates, and managing communication with stakeholders.

3. Compliance & Documentation

• Assist with compliance filings (e.g., SC, SSM, AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS).
• Maintain documentation, audit trails, and ensure internal governance standards.

4. Operational & Process Improvement

• Enhance financial models, reporting workflows, and deal execution efficiency.
• Support digitalization and process optimization efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong command of financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedents), and investment analysis.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus.
