Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Career Telstar Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Corporate Development And Strategy Manager to lead inorganic growth initiatives, map target industries, evaluate potential acquisitions, and support the Group's strategic growth through mergers, takeovers, divestitures, and partnerships.

You will coordinate due diligence, valuation, and negotiation, manage the transaction lifecycle from due diligence to closing, and align internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistic or Accounting, or related discipline
• Advanced Degree and/or Professional Qualification such as MBA, Master in Finance, CFA designation or ACCA/CPA are strongly preferred
• Typically 8 to 10+ years experience in investment banking, corporate finance or private equity or any other relevant fields, with direct hands-on background in sourcing, evaluating, structuring and executing M&A transactions
• Experience managing commercial, operational and financial deal diligence processes
• Strong financial analytical skill
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Capable in effectively coordinating cross-functional teams through complex deal lifecycles

Corporate Development And Strategy Manager

Focus on inorganic growth and reshaping the business structure. Support the Executive Leadership in strategic growth process of the Group include mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, divestitures, strategic partnerships & joint ventures. Actively involved in the key stages of the growth process include mapping target industries and filtering companies that fit strategic criteria of the Group; valuation; due diligence; negotiation and finalizing transaction agreements; and transitioning the target business into the Group.
