Job summary

PolicyStreet seeks a Manager, Corporate Development to lead end-to-end M&A and strategic investments, from target screening through due diligence, valuation, negotiation and closure.

You will work with senior leadership, prepare investment papers and board materials, coordinate across Finance, Legal, Tax and Operations, and guide junior team members while driving growth in the Tech, Media and Telecom space.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or strategy consulting.
• Prior transaction experience in the TMT sector is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics; MBA or CFA is an advantage.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including negotiations with lenders, legal counsel, and advisors.
• Identify, screen, and evaluate acquisition targets and partnership opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
• Prepare and review financial and valuation models, investment papers, and board materials.
