Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Malaysia is seeking a field-based Sales professional to drive the launch of a new Lytics product, engaging with public and private sector stakeholders to improve stroke care and AMI services. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives while navigating complex healthcare landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales, including experience supporting new product launches and/or engaging with public healthcare institutions such as MOH/MOE hospitals.
• Experience collaborating with professional medical societies, healthcare councils, MOH state offices (JKN), hospital management teams, or other healthcare stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Account and Territory Performance to meet/exceed sales targets within a designated Malaysia territory.
• Lead development of cross-functional strategic account plans based on patient journey, account potential, drivers, barriers, and stakeholders.
• Lead the execution of strategic account plan objectives, delivering tailored customer interactions and multi-channel campaigns.
• Demonstrate superior customer engagement by building strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders and presenting clinical information confidently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
