Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Malaysia is seeking an in-field pharmaceutical sales professional to launch a new Lytics product and advance stroke care and AMI services.

You will engage with diverse stakeholders across the care journey, gather insights, and collaboratively design initiatives with cross-functional brand teams. This role requires strong account management, strategic planning, and the ability to travel and work flexible hours to support activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales with new product launches.
• Experience engaging with MOH/MOE hospitals or public healthcare institutions is a plus.
• Experience with neurology and/or cardiology therapeutic areas is desirable.
• Proven ability to develop account strategies and tactical plans based on insights and patient pathways.
• Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Account and Territory Performance by meeting sales targets within a designated territory.
• Lead development of cross-functional strategic account plans based on patient journey, account potential, drivers and stakeholders.
• Lead execution of strategic account plan objectives with tailored customer interactions and multi-channel initiatives.
• Demonstrate superior customer engagement with key account stakeholders and be digitally fluent.
• Adhere to compliance, code of conduct and policies in all activities.
