Regent Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Catering Sales Manager – Weddings to drive wedding and celebration revenue by converting enquiries into confirmed celebrations that reflect Regent’s luxury standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in wedding, catering or hotel sales.
• Strong negotiation, client relationship and proposal writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Fluent English; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the wedding sales process from enquiry to contract signing and handover to operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, agencies, and families.
• Coordinate with events, culinary and operations teams to ensure feasible proposals.
• Represent Regent Kuala Lumpur at bridal shows and networking events to generate new business.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, proposals and bookings in the sales system.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and banquet event orders reflecting client requirements.
