Job summary

Samsonite in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate with a focus on delivering premium customer experiences in luxury fashion accessories. You will train associates, drive sales goals, and build client relationships through data-driven outreach, leveraging the Proximity clienteling app.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fashion or luxury brands retail, strong English and multilingual skills, and solid MS Office/ POS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
• Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands and KPIs.
• Fluency in English and additional languages.
• Good PC skills including MS Office and basic POS understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with training all associates on the TUMI Difference and TUMI Elite Moments.
• Meet or exceed Sales goal.
• Convey the importance of the TUMI Customer Experience, through the TUMI Selling Ceremony.
• Build client relationships through data capture and outreach, with the Proximity clienteling app.
• Maintain an outstanding level of productivity, coaching and feedback.
• Report and communicate information concerning personnel, merchandise and operations to the Store Manager regularly.
