Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in our luxury store. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and represent the Coach brand with style and professionalism.

The role requires strong English, 1+ years in luxury retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to lift 25 lb regularly, up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency required (EU).

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador with style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Support inventory, cash wrap, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with team and participate in brand initiatives.
